Tribute to David Fletcher, 1942 - 2021

Memories of a kind and considerate man, devoted to Early Music, player, singer, organizer and initiator within this field. I recall his delight when his choice was played on R3, and he always seemed aware of all that was happening in Early Music, as well as having a huge sheet music library about which he was most knowledgeable. The quintet we both sang in, me till I moved away to Oxford, will always bring back very happy musical memories, so thank you David.
